Short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and everything we do keep exists to make your Streamtion experience work. Here's the honest detail.
What we collect
When you sign up we ask for an email address — that's where your credentials and receipts go. When you buy a plan, our payment partners (card processors, PayPal, or the blockchain for USDT) handle the payment itself; we never see or store your card number. We also keep basic service records — your plan, its dates, and support conversations — so we can help you quickly.
What we use it for
Three things only: activating and running your subscription, answering your support requests, and sending you service emails that matter (credentials, renewal reminders, important changes). We don't do spam, and marketing emails always come with a working unsubscribe link.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies to remember your preferences and understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. No creepy cross-site tracking.
Who we share with
Nobody, except the partners strictly needed to run the service — payment processors and our email provider — and only the minimum they need to do their job. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account, plus what tax and accounting rules require for order records. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your personal data beyond those obligations.
Your rights
It's your data. You can ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — one email to support@streamtion.com is enough, and we'll confirm when it's done.
Security
Credentials and personal data are stored encrypted, access inside our team is limited to who genuinely needs it, and our payment partners are fully PCI-compliant. If anything ever goes wrong with your data, we'll tell you promptly and plainly.
